A little about Paulas Cakes & Crafts
A little about me... I have had such an amazing few years and have now decided to venture out by myself! Over the last few years I got the amazing opportunity to live and train in Cornwall which was closely followed by me travelling the west coast of Australia. I then went on to work in York before moving back to Ingleton and setting up 'Paulas Cakes & Crafts' providing you all with top quality celebration cakes, traybakes and desserts. I also know how hard it is to find the right cake topper so I decided to venture into making completely customisable card & acrylic paddle cake toppers!
Fully registered and insured, with a certificate in level 2 food hygiene and allergen awareness. I also have nearly 10 years within the industry, within that time I completed nearly 6 years worth of training where I found my passion for cakes and pastry work.
I know from my own experience how hard it is to cater for allergens.. you go to the supermarket or out for a meal and its so hard to find that sweet indulgent moment when either gluten free or dairy free. Therefore I can adapt majority of my recipes for all allergens. However the kitchen where everything is produced may contain traces of all allergens.
As I do celebration cakes, traybakes and desserts for individual purchase I also prepare them for wholesale too.. so if you're a cafe/pub or other small business that requires these items please do not hesitate to get in touch.
