It is with a heavy heart I have to let you all know that my beloved Paul passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on the 10th November 2025.

We've had so many messages of support, well wishes and love from all my customers over the last 3.5 years since Paul was first diagnosed I thought it would be best to let you all know.

He stayed with us for as long as he could until he could battle no more. Our hearts will be broken forever 💔 💔

RIP my Paul 💕

At the request of the family, we announce the following funeral arrangements;

CALLAGHAN, PAUL (CALLY)

Peacefully at home, in the presence of his family, on Monday, 10th November 2025, Paul (Cally), aged 55 years. Loving husband of Sharon, much-loved dad of James, Elle, Jacob and Rose, dearly loved son of Jen and John, a dear son-in-law and a sadly missed granda, uncle, brother, brother-in-law and a good friend to many. Requiem Mass to be held at St. Margaret Mary's R.C. Church, Scalegate Road, Carlisle, on Wednesday, 26th November at 11:30am, followed by interment in Upperby Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu, if so desired, to the Eden Valley Hospice. Huge congratulations to these 2 who married at the gorgeous on Saturday.
4 tiers of soft pinks, lustre and ruffles finished with sugar crafted roses, leaves and hand painted initials in matching silver.

Flavours were caramel , lemon , Victoria sponge and a huge chocolate cake 😋

Venue looked beautiful and the bride was absolutely stunning 😍

What can I say ! Absolutely blown away by this !
£14,960.76 plus gift aid bring the total to
£18,077.19 😳 for the amazing charity

WOW … you are all amazing, super stars … you really are ⭐️

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Wendy Armstrong & Jade Bird for firstly convincing me to hold the event but also for their hard work on the run up and especially on the day and evening for helping with running things so smoothly, I couldn’t have done it without you. Also to Teresa Marsh Sarah Jeffrey Emily Hewitt New for selling the raffle tickets and Teresa for sorting the prizes … unbelievable help.
Lastly, but not at all the least, Mick Carry who worked so hard in the background getting donations and prizes from Manchester way.

We really do have the best Family and friends around us and that showed on Saturday night. The place was buzzing, filled with love and happiness and we are so grateful for that support 💚

Thanks to every single person and business that donated prizes too, the night couldn’t have happened without you all 💚

The amount so far is so overwhelming.

We are sooooo grateful to every single person that’s donated so far 💚 after collecting over 90 prize donations over the last 2 weeks I’m completely over whelmed this evening at how kind and generous people are.
First target was £1500.00
Raised to £3500.00 …. Absolutely smashed that already !! Wow wow wow ! 🤩 bring on the Party night 💃 🕺 🪩

Happy New Year 🥳
I know it’s a bit late but I’ve been rather busy since New Year.
I’d like to thank everyone and all local business who have donated so far for the up among charity party night we’re having, February 1st
Everyone has been so generous and supportive 💚
Tickets for the event have sold out and we have a waiting list now!
Here’s a list of all prizes so far.
We also have lots of bottles alcohol donated and deciding what to do with those.
We will be hopefully receiving some larger prizes where we can auction them on the evening.

4 tiers of carrot cake, chocolate cake, white chocolate and raspberry cake and a zingy lemon 🍋
The tallest cake I’ve made for a long time dressed with the most beautiful blooms provided by the lovely Jess at
They took an absolute age to make food safe and attach, but worth it for that perfect cascading sea of beautifulness !
