HI Everyone - just to let you know that although the cake&cookie cupboard is shut during this summer, we are able to offer hampers (pre-ordered and to collect)
They include chocchip cookies, marsbar cake, flapjack, jam, lemon curd, butterscotch sauce, ginger cake, choc cake, citrus syrup cake, small hampers £10 and large hampers £20
Please message me which size and when you want to collect and I can check that the baker is baking!! ###

Choc chip cookies - melt in your mouth - and very very moorish - one is never enough - new batch to make first thing friday morning. Butter, cream, sugar, flour and of course chocolate chips. lots of choc chips!
tomorrow's baking session will also include individual maids of honour - topped with icing and cherries (a bit like the larger bakewell tarts)
after a busy baking day today there will be ginger cake, lemon syrup cake and orange syrup cake. flapjack and apple & blackberry crumbles. Plus a varied selection of damson and apple jelly, bramble jelly, marmalade. Crabapple jelly, crabapple & rosemary jelly, apple & mint jelly - all perfect with roast lamb.
