In light of our new followers we thought we’d reintroduce the team.
We have our two owners,
Mally who works in the bake house making all of the rolls.
Then we have Lesley who works behind the scenes(most of the time) doing our invoices and ordering stock.
Our bake house team is-
Mark(manager) who works on the ovens baking off pies, bread, rolls, cakes etc & manages all of our stock levels.
Ady who’s in charge of the sausage rolls.
Our cakes and sandwiches team now looks slightly different-
We have Karen & Leah who prepare all wholesale and shop sandwiches, salads and pastas.
Moving on to cakes we have Netty who makes all of our cream cakes, mars & caramel then ginger bread etc.
Front of house we have,
Susan- makes all of our pick and mix bags, and travels to Newcastle for the stock!
Al- runs all of our social media posts and competitions.
Natalie- works in the shop and makes sure it’s always ready to serve customers.
