Here is the latest cake that has gone out of VIA CAKES by Julie Mangan kitchen .

A lovely little 2 tier 1st birthday cake for ARCHIE .

With a top tier that can be kept as a memento of the day ..along with the dinosaurs …

Vanilla cake was asked for and it’s filled with a lovely thick vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam

Hi all .
Hasn’t it been a Lovely day and more on the way …fingers crossed

Anyway , I’ve been working with the wafer paper again and here is the latest addition to the wafer paper garden ..

An apricot chrysanthemum …. So many layers of paper ..

I shall do some more this next week hopefully .

Yes we’ve had a few sharp showers with hail thrown in but him up stairs likes to give us something to complain about
