Why are our Almond Croissant next level? There are a few reasons, but chief among them is the fact that we don’t scrimp on the nuts OR on the frangipane. I often find that almond croissant I try elsewhere are an afterthought - a way to use up plain croissant that haven’t sold the previous day; they have a mean amount of almonds, and a mean amount of frangipane, and are thus often dry. Ours melt in the mouth 👄 And we make the plain croissant especially for this purpose, in order to retain maximum moisture. Currently you’ll find the Classic, the Raspberry & Pistachio, and the Chocolate in our little bakehouse shop. Which is your favourite? And what hot drink would you pair with? Flat White, Long Black, Cappuccino, Salted Mocha, Chai? All are available ☕️ We also have our Pain au Chocolat PWDIN BARA MENYN (=Bread & Butter Pudding), and our Guinness Cake, on today (and every Saturday) - not to mention the Plain Croissant, the Pain aux Raisins, the Pain au Chocolat. On the savoury & bread side of things we have the following: Sourdough Loaves: Large Country, Ancient Grain, White, Granary. Sourdough Focaccias: Rosemary & Halen Mon Sea Salt; Mixed Olive; Feta, Sun-dried Tomato & Red Onion. Sourdough Pizzas: Roast Squash, Kale, Feta, Walnut & Sage; Garlic Mushroom, Black Olive & Chilli Cheddar; 3 Cheese Deep Pan with Pesto; Courgette & Mint Deep Pan.
