This year I’m offering my dad’s recipe Christmas fruit cake… my dad taught me how to make this when I was so young every year our family got to stir the mixture and make a wish… this year… every stir will be about remembering.. missing and be grateful for the support we had.
Marie curie gave us so much support and little by little I want to show my support… so all profits from this cake will go straight to them.

From my dad.. and me.. the Santa face fruit cake.

Happy birthday to my amazing Jamie.. this years cake is not the crazy 5 tiers he used to ask for but a simple cruella cake.. inside is red velvet with choc buttercream.

My lovely son makes me so proud.. he made me a mum and makes my heart full every day.. my boys are my world.
