BIRTHDAY PUP

Apostolos' partner contacted me regarding a cake for his birthday.
I had previously made a birthday cake for her, so it was lovely to get to make a cake for him too!

She said that she would love their dog to have a feature, and quite rightly so!

6" carrot cake filled with cinnamon vanilla buttercream and covered in a white chocolate ganache.

Decorated with ganache pallet knife strokes in different shades of blue, edible gold leaf, custom gold acrylic name charm and tiny gold paws (can you spot them?)

And not forgetting the star of the show.... a fondant model of their gorgeous dog! 😍

Three layers of yummy carrot cake filled with vanilla buttercream.

Covered in vanilla buttercream and decorated with a carrot cake crumb and mini fondant carrot.
