We believe that bread should be a delight to eat, and not merely background to the rest of a meal. ustainable, and that lives up to its name. We don't compromise on the quality of our ingredients. We don't add cheaper wheat flour to our rye bread, or our spelt, because we want to produce the best, most honest and most delicious bread possible.
