Riverside Sourdough We make the best thing since before sliced bread... Sourdough bread We don't add dairy products, or any other fat to speed up the proving process.

We make and sell delicious long-fermentation sourdough bread for farmers markets in the Cardiff and South Wales area. We believe that bread should be a delight to eat, and not merely background to the rest of a meal. Instead of adding tonnes of additives like most bread, we take time over our bread, and use simple, wholesome and organic ingredients, to produce delicious bread that is ethical and s

ustainable, and that lives up to its name. We don't compromise on the quality of our ingredients. We don't add cheaper wheat flour to our rye bread, or our spelt, because we want to produce the best, most honest and most delicious bread possible. We really love bread - and we'd like you to love it too!

Starting this week we’re serving baguettes out the door from Cathays Community Centre on TUESDAYS 8-12.

Come say hi to our newest baker Simon (pictured) and grab a baguette.
