Please be kind and patient with your cake maker, this heat is incredibly challenging when it comes to cakes. Not only is it exhausting being on your feet all day but the ovens being on is adding to the temperature, buttercream and ganache is reacting in ways which are difficult to control. Thank you for bearing with all bakers working hard to provide you with your celebration cakes during this heatwave, we are also needing our school days physics to solve problems. 😩
