PBJ, or Peanut Butter and Jam Blondie. This is always a favourite and there is something about Blondies and the summer that seem to go so very well together. I always describe Blondies as the chewier cousin of the fudgey Brownie. Often made with white chocolate, rather than dark chocolate, but the baking process is completely different 🍫 ♥️

Did you know that all my recipes are signature to me. That means that I bake and edit and bake and edit until I’m totally 💯 happy. I get inspiration from lots of places, suggestions made to me, Instagram is just insane for ideas and I also buy/order other brownies and blondies. And I couldn’t do this without my lovely customers who have been supporting me since I started this insane idea, especially those who order again and again and again ❤️ ❤️ 🍫 🎉
