Crisp croissant dough, sticky toffee sponge a brown sugar caramel with a whipped orange mascarpone cream.

The pistachio bow has flown out this weekend, and this beautiful creation is all done to .makes_

The pistachio bow being crispy layers of bicoloured cross laminated croissant dough, shaped into a beautiful bow and then filled with a pistachio crème diplomat and a pistachio praline.

Chris has been waiting to make something a bit special again since we created the signature pain suisse him again being the driving force behind that.

If you haven't managed to grab one yet they will be an item on the weekends for a limited time over the next few weeks so grab one while you can.
