A little BTS of how we hand make every Miso & Caramelised Croissant Crumb Cookie 🍪🥐

From waking up at 3am and shaping each one by hand to that final fresh from the oven finish, every step is carefully done to get them just right.

Our favourite part? While they’re still warm and gooey, we pop them into a cutter to give them that perfectly round cookie shape.

NEW NEW NEW, this is our Miso & Caramelised Croissant Crumb Cookie

Brown sugar, treacle, cinnamon, white miso butter, and white chocolate chips, rolled in caramelised croissant crumbs before baking.

Soft and chewy in the centre with a crisp, crunchy finish from the croissant crumb coating.
