Your coffee order just got a sustainably sourced upgrade 🤩☕️

Across all our sites, we’re now using Sip Syrup, an independent Welsh artisan coffee syrup producer based in Cardigan.

Their syrups are made in small batches using natural, additive-free ingredients that are sustainably sourced. They’re also bottled in fully recyclable, plastic-free brushed aluminium bottles.

Their values really align with ours, and we’re so pleased to be working with another brilliant local supplier 💚

If you head over to Roath in the next few weeks you’ll see plenty of change, now our bread bakers are settling into Penylan.

We have huge plans to open our garage up, expect more of what makes this place special but with plenty more room.

We’re open 7 days a week for a coffee and pastries or something savoury for lunch (our chicken sandwiches, IYKYK 👀).

A new month means a new Danish 🤩

This month, we’re taking inspiration from a classic British autumn favourite, the toffee apple.

Introducing our Toffee Apple Danish — brown sugar custard, apple compote, red apple gel, a dulce de leche dip, brown sugar meringue and a toffee popcorn crumble.

CUSTOMER NOTICE!

This Friday 2nd October we get our long awaited power upgrade at Breadquarters Penylan. This means we will have intermittent power from 09:30am.

Shop will be open 07:30-09:30 as normal.

Then we will switch to a market stall at the front of the shop, for all your pastries, breads and cold drinks for the rest of the day.

Note no power = no sit-in, no hot drinks and no slicing.

Back to normal Saturday 3rd October 💚
