140 years of the Canterbury Salvation Army...
And the heaviest single tier cake I've made - this girl was a 32 egger and weighed the equivalent of 4x newborn babies. That's why I don't need to go to the gym anymore 💪🏼

Last weekend was a busy one... 2 cakes on the same day, each to serve 100 people 🙈
Everything is made in my home kitchen, in a domestic oven...
I also have another job that keeps me busy!
But there's also w**e! 😅

I've got another question for you... What is your favourite chocolate bar/sweets to elevate your dream brownies... Tell me your wildest brownie fantasies (good clean fun please people), and it might just make the bake list ❤️‍🔥
Here's some of my recent bakes to whet the appetite... M&Ms, mint Aero, Crunchie, Mars bar 🍫

These lil' babies recently made their way out to the US to be enjoyed by a native New Yorker (no pressure!) 😅
I made a combo of classic choc chip, and oat & raisin. What's your fave?

When you travel 250 miles to see your BFF and then burn her birthday cake 🤦🏼‍♀️
Nothing a bit of trimming and and cream cheese icing can't fix (and the supa strength margs helped too!) 😅
