A salted caramel & chocolate birthday cake made for an order this weekend. Basically a two-layered chocolate torte, sandwiched with salted caramel & chocolate ganache, covered with more ganache & chocolate curls. A little indulgent but it was for a birthday treat!

Just back from my daughter's naming, camping weekend. Brilliant fun & now the washing begins!!! I'm now able to take orders until week of 12th August when off camping AGAIN !!!!! Hope you're all having a wonderful Summer.
