My latest creation- soft macadamia and pistachio nougat.
This batch was made with Cornish raw honey, our own free range eggs. The macadamias came all the way from Cape Town in my suitcase thanks to Christel Icoexis

When you find 2 apple trees at your sons home you just have to make apple butter with all the apples and incorporate it into Apple Pie Rusks with a Belgium Caramel Chocolate topping 😃

Welcoming our latest addition- Milo flavoured Rusks - a rich chocolate malt flavour topped with Belgium white chocolate and then dusted with extra Milo for that crunch we all enjoyed as children when we stole a teaspoon of it out the tin and quickly stuck it in our mouth and crunched on it at record speed so we wouldn’t get caught 😀😀 .

I’m currently in SA as I attend a very important 21st celebration- flying back to the UK tomorrow - my grandchildren have suggested a new flavour- mmmmmm. 🤔 so I have a couple of kgs of my favourite childhood drink 😀😀 in my suitcase… watch this space 😀😀
