Hello bread fans! We're still in France but I wanted to share this pic of bakery dog Reggie helping with some important taste testing earlier (he definitely didn't steal this baguette from the kitchen table...)- his invaluable feedback is helping finalise the new autumn specials that we'll be launching next week. Apparently it's the most wonderful day of the year, Cinnamon Bun Day! And our sourdough buns have gone a bit Swedish for the occasion, as well as being super gooey...

Summer market season is over! And it's been a wild ride - thanks so much to everyone who's supported us 🥰

We're back next weekend at Launceston Farmers Market and Crackington Farmers Market and the bakery will open 9-11 on Saturday 3rd (how is it almost October?!).

Also we're going to be taking a brief break after next weekend (off to the land of bread and cheese 🇫🇷) and the bakery will be closed until 24th October. Fortunately our bread freezes really well, so get your orders in and stock up next weekend! (link in bio) 🍞🥖

Good morning! It's the last Bude Farmers' and Craft Market of the year today and we're all set up in our usual spot by the canal with lots of freshly baked goodies for you 🍞🥖🍪

If you can't make it along today then we'll be at Bude Street Market tomorrow, or Rocky Valley Bakery HQ will be open 9-11 (pre-orders now closed for this week but we'll have a good selection of bakes to choose from).

Good morning! It may be a bit gloomy this morning but we're keeping our fingers crossed that the forecast for sunshine later in the week is accurate... and to help everything feel a bit more summery again we've brought back our popular black olive and oregano sourdough! 🫒

It's our last week at the Bude markets so we're also bringing back the mighty Marmite loaf to celebrate 🥳

Good morning! Sadly we won't be at Bude Street Market today as it's too windy for the market to take place 🙁

However, we'll be opening Rocky Valley Bakery HQ shortly and we've got focaccia galore, along with other baked treats:

🍞 Classic white sourdough
🍞 Super seeded sourdough
🍞 Batards (like chunky short baguettes)
🍞 Sun-dried tomato & herb focaccia
🍞 Garlic & rosemary focaccia
🍞 Fruited sourdough tea loaf
🍞 Cinnamon buns and cookies (choc chip / spiced ginger)

No bread pictures today as I've had a much-needed day off in the sunshine with Reggie, the newest member of the Rocky Valley Bakery family! 🐶 Back to normal from tomorrow though - here's where you can find us this week:

🍞 Wednesday 16th Bude Street Market 10-3
🍞 Friday 18th Bude Farmers' and Craft Market 10-3
🍞 Saturday 19th Bude Street Market 10-3 and bakery HQ will be open 9-11 as normal (Unit 13 Tregath Business Park)

It's our penultimate week at the Bude markets for this year so catch us there while you can!
