vanilla/chocolate/banana/carrot/red velvet sponge

Fillings and Icings:

English Butter Cream/Merengue Butter Cream/Cream-cheese Frosting/Chocolate Ganache - all the frostings can be made any flavour you like and coloured on request

Fruit fillings:

Jams
Fresh berries (rasberries, strawberries, cherries,)
Banana

2. Cheesecakes

Short bread base
Vanilla/Chocolate/Pistachio cheesecake
Bespoke decorations

3. Mousse cake

Chocolate/Fruit/Berries/Pistachio
Bespoke decorations

4. Napoleon/Honey cake/Black forest

A lot of people have asked me where I buy chocolate leaves 🍁 Sorry, but I can’t help with that because I make them!🤷‍♀️ It’s actually quite easy, all you’ll need is: ✅real leaves, washed and very thoroughly dried; ✅big paint brush. Get everything ready, melt your chocolate and paint it onto the leaves in a thin layer and leave to dry overnight. In the morning🌞, the real leaves should peel off easily👌 Let me know if you try it or have any questions😉

Taste from my childhood😋Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Your little ones will love it with milk, the rest of the family will love it with a cup of tea☕️ Don't know about you, but I'm gonna take these and my tea and spend a couple more hours in bed watching "Big Little Lies"☁️🌧☁️
