呢個已經係呢位客人同我訂嘅第4個蛋糕啦，
真係由心感謝佢一直嘅支持同信任💕

講真，剛開始做 Faith in Cakes 嗰陣，
我最怕嘅就係栗子蛋糕 😝
因為實在太多功夫—
要花好多時間慢慢煮栗子，
而且我又堅持全部都要 from scratch，
所以真係一啲都唔可以求其。

但每次聽到客人話「好香」、「好滑」、「好好味」
嗰種滿足感真係會一下子沖走所有辛苦 ❤️

可能就係因為每一次嘅肯定，
由當初嘅「驚」，
變成而家「越來越鍾意」嘅栗子蛋糕 🌰🥰

🌰 Chestnut Cake 🌰

This is already the fourth cake this customer has ordered from me,
and I’m truly grateful for her continued support and trust 💕

To be honest, when I first started Faith in Cakes,
the one thing I was most afraid of making was the chestnut cake 😝
It’s just so much work—
slow-cooking the chestnuts for a long time,
and because I insist on making everything from scratch,
there really are no shortcuts.

But every time a customer tells me
“so fragrant”, “so smooth”, “so delicious”,
all that effort just melts away instantly ❤️

Maybe it’s because of every bit of encouragement,
that I went from being “afraid to make it”
to now “loving every moment of making it” 🌰🥰

琴日我整咗一個栗子蛋糕 + 一條朱古力瑞士卷。
呢位客人好sweet —— 佢自己鍾意食栗子蛋糕，但又驚小朋友唔太接受，所以特登加訂咗一條朱古力瑞士卷俾小朋友。聽到嘅時候，我心入面都覺得好窩心，呢啲細微位就見到一個媽媽嘅愛 ❤️
今日收到佢嘅 feedback，真係令我好開心！
栗子蓉係我自己親手慢慢煮：由原粒栗子開始，打碎、慢煮，再加糖加牛油，煮到成個廚房都好香，味道濃郁。能夠俾人食到而開心，其實都係我做蛋糕最大嘅滿足感。

🌰🍫 Yesterday I made a chestnut cake and a chocolate Swiss roll.
This customer really warmed my heart — she loves chestnut cake herself, but worried her little one might not enjoy it as much, so she specially added a chocolate Swiss roll just for the child. When I heard that, it truly touched me ❤️ These little details show so much of a mother’s love.
Today she sent me feedback, honestly it kept me smiling all day!
The chestnut filling was made completely from scratch: starting with whole chestnuts, then blending, slow-cooking, and finally adding sugar and butter until the whole kitchen was filled with a rich aroma. Knowing that people enjoy it makes all the effort so worthwhile and that’s really the greatest joy of baking for me.
