225 g unsalted butter
170 g light soft brown sugar
210 g caster sugar
3 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
50 g golden syrup
475 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
350 g milk or dark chocolate chips
A handful marshmallows

TOPPING
150 g milk chocolate spread (for filling)
100 g mini marshmallows
20 g milk or dark chocolate melted to decorate
2 digestive biscuits crushed ( or any type you prefer)
