My vanilla chocolate brownie cake.

Vanilla sponge, chocolate ganache with chunks of brownie in the centre, a vanilla Swiss buttercream, decorated with my homemade brownie and a chocolate drip.

Who would like to see cakes back on the menu? I shall soon be releasing a range of cakes made to order - these will not be fully customised - although some customisation can be added. By keeping a standard range of cakes, I’ll be able to keep the cost down. Watch this space 😀
