I have been cooking and baking cakes for 40 years. I have a passion for making beautiful flowers for cakes which dry to look like fine china and can be kept as a keepsake for years. All of my cakes are bespoke and made to order, which means that your cake will be unique. e one cake at a time, which means I will give your cake my undivided attention. Taste is as important as design, which is why I only use the finest and freshest ingredients, which are organic where possible. I will guide you on the best recipes for the cake you require, in order to maximise flavour and to stay moist. Your cake will taste as great as it looks. I am based in Frimley Green near Camberley, but I am happy to deliver to venues if my costs are covered. I like to deliver Wedding Cakes personally so that I can ensure that it is placed correctly and carry out any finishing touches.
