One year ago, we took a leap of faith and stepped into this beautiful journey—becoming the proud caretakers of our beloved bakery here in Callander.

Today, as we look back, our hearts are full of gratitude.

To our incredible customers: thank you for welcoming us so warmly, for your kind words, your smiles, and for making us part of your daily lives. Every visit, every conversation, every shared moment over a cup of coffee or a freshly baked treat has meant more to us than we can express.

To our friends and supporters: thank you for standing by us, encouraging us, and believing in us from the very beginning. Your support has been the foundation that helped us grow stronger every single day.

This past year has been a journey of community. We feel truly lucky to be part of something so special.

As we look ahead, we do so with hope, excitement, and a deep commitment to continue baking, creating, and serving with the same passion that brought us here. We can’t wait to share many more moments, flavors, and memories with all of you.

The ovens were on again today, so will be tomorrow and the bakery is smelling incredible…

Following on from yesterday’s Easter treats, tomorrow we’re bringing something a little savoury and very special — wild garlic season is also here and we’re making the most of it!

Fresh from the ovens:
– Wild garlic bakes, packed with flavour
– Wild garlic quiche, golden and delicious
– And trays upon trays of our ciabatta, soft, airy, and baked to perfection

If you loved yesterday’s sweet treats, tomorrow and the days after are all about rich, comforting, savoury goodness — perfect for your Easter table or a cosy lunch.

Here in our wee bakery in Callander, the ovens are busy and the smell of freshly baked treats is filling the air…

There’s a fresh new look waiting for you at Main Street Bakery!

We’ve added some lovely new signs and posters to brighten up our wee bakery, and they’re the beautiful work of the very talented Sarah Pearson. We’re absolutely delighted with how they’ve turned out. They bring such a fresh feel to the shop – a lovely nod to the beauty of our surroundings and the warmth we love to share with everyone who walks through the door.

As another year comes to a close, we just want to pause for a moment and say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who’s popped through our door, supported our wee bakery, shared a chat, a smile, or a sweet treat. This old year has had its busy days, its early mornings, and its tired feet — but it’s also been full of kindness, laughter, and community, and we’re so grateful for every bit of it.

So here’s to saying a fond farewell to the old year, and opening the door to a brand new one.

A new year brings fresh bakes, new ideas, and plenty of exciting things to come — starting with our New Year cookie:

Rich, chocolatey, gooey, and finished with that perfect salty bite — we think it’s a pretty great way to welcome the year ahead.

A Very Merry Thank You from Main Street Bakery!

As we approach Christmas here at Main Street Bakery, we just want to take a moment to say thank you!
As the year draws to a close, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the continued support, kindness, and festive cheer we’ve received from our wonderful local community. We’re so proud and happy to be part of such a beautiful place, right here in Callander.

To celebrate the festive season, we’ve got some Christmas treats we’re very excited to share with you!

- Christmas Hampers – a lovely festive crate filled with sweets, coffee, and other delicious goodies (perfect for gifting or treating yourself!),
- Traditional Black Bun – a true Scottish Christmas classic,
- The Balmoral Pie – our very, very Scottish favourite: roasted chicken breast, rich peppercorn sauce, and haggis.

Christmas Treats Are Here at Main Street Bakery!

The ovens are glowing, the sprinkles are flying, and Callander is feeling oh-so festive! Pop into Main Street Bakery this Christmas season and enjoy some of our limited-time creations, baked fresh every morning:

Biscoff Blondies – soft, gooey, and packed with caramel-spiced comfort
