Well that was stressful losing access to this page and our work WhatsApp for weeks on end 😭 we have lost out on so many orders which has been unfortunate whilst trying to establish ourselves in a really competitive industry. Still we move 🥰

We are sooooo happy to have managed to get the page back 🥳🥳 and we have WhatsApp up and running on one of our two business phones at the moment so it’s a start.

There’s been lots going on in the background that we haven’t been able to make you aware of but……..

We are now taking orders for Welsh cakes cooked on my traditional bake-stone, shortbread, oat biscuits (variety of flavours!) ginger biscuits, protein bars, homemade dog cupcakes, homemade dog birthday cakes, homemade dog treats, and we are taking orders for Christmas Eve boxes and festive afternoon tea boxes. (I’ll get our list of options up on here asap) we can also offer a variety of home cooked meals such as curries, soups, stews, stir fry’s and much more. (Friday availability only at the moment.) These need to be ordered and paid for a week in advance as they will all be freshly made.

If there’s enough interest we will also be offering Sunday lunches once a month as well. Again these would need to be pre ordered and paid for in advance.

Monday Madness £10 Mystery bags……

so we have a few cakes, brownies, New York cookies and cake and custard pots left over from yesterday’s fete that are just desperate to be eaten and enjoyed. So we are doing mystery bags that will include AT LEAST 6 items in the bag (may include multiples of one type of cake) these will be first come first serve as stock is limited. It’s been a pie and loaf cake kind of day 🥰 Five family size corned beef pies, two coconut loaf cakes and two lemon drizzles going out for orders today. More of the same tomorrow getting orders done, then we have a fete on Sunday at Treorchy where we will be selling cookies, cakes, sweet delights and savouries and some gluten free options too. 🥰

It’s been a gluten free kind of day.
Gf custard slices, sausages rolls and pasties galore today. Thank you to everyone for trusting me 🥰 obviously we aren’t a fully gluten free home but we do take extra precautions to keep the risk of cross contamination to an absolute minimum. The gluten free items are cooked in the second oven that only gets used at Christmas for the turkey. The gf items are cooked in trays and pans that are exclusively for gf and don’t get used for the baking of anything else. We have utensils specifically for gf baking and cooking we have a separate mixer for gf cakes and pastry and Gf items are always prepared first, then covered and moved to a different area and work surfaces are disinfected and cleaned to within an inch of their life to make sure not a crumb remains before we start.
