If you would like something different for a special teacher I will have a limited availability of floral buttercream and fondant topper cupcakes

I take my piping nozzles everywhere, they recently travelled to Spain with me. This is Robert who owns Miralmonte a local restaurant to where we are staying. After chatting to him about my work I am suddenly making up a bouquet for him… sourcing ingredients not a problem, working with buttercream in this heat a challenge! Needless to say he was delighted today when we delivered!

My milestone birthday boxes are a really popular choice with my lovely customers. This one is a personal favourite and I was given free rein to choose the flowers and colour palette.
The cupcakes were delicious chocolate with a Nutella centre. Hydrangeas, roses, tulips, sunflowers, dahlias, stocks and even a couple of pumpkins individually piped over 18 cupcakes resulted in this showstopper for a 30th birthday.
