INTRODUCTION TO CELEBRATION CAKES - GORGEOUS GIFTBOX CAKE
MONDAY 13th MAY 7.30-10.30pm
On this course, you will be guided through various techniques and simple design examples to produce your own cake and achieve the confidence to create impressive cakes in the future.This course is ideal whether you are a beginner or whether you have some experience in cake decorating and want to extend your skills.

Ideal for both beginners and those who want to further their skills, this course will help you to develop your cupcakes skills with unique and contemporary design ideas. You will learn to decorate using both sugarpaste and buttercream and will discover the amazing effects that can be achieved using texture mats, moulds and cutters.
