I have been baking sourdough a short while now, challah and desserts for much longer always just for the family. COVID-19 and lockdown meant that grinds many of my neighbours and myself were all shielding. Going to the shop to buy bread every few days was becoming dangerous. So i started to make my own. It turns out ILOVE IT, the process, the results, making new recipes.
