What a surreal week it’s been! 🎥✨

This week I was approached by the BBC to be interviewed for Politics East, talking about my Cake Shed and the discussion around street licences and whether cake sheds like mine should need them.

A huge thank you to Amelia and the team for making me feel so welcome and at ease throughout the whole experience. ❤️

I’m incredibly proud that my little shed has been chosen to be part of such an important conversation, and so grateful for all the support you’ve shown me and The Cake Shed ®️.

Delighted that Chippy 🐱 and Derek 🐴 managed to get featured too!

We’ve ventured over the border into Norfolk today for Cornucopia at the stunning , and we’re so delighted to have been invited to trade at this wonderful event! 🌿✨

It’s set to be a fantastic day with an incredible selection of food and drink producers, and we’ll be here until 6pm – so if you’re visiting, do come and say hello!

Meanwhile, Franklin is set up on Bury St Edmunds Market until 4pm with all your favourite sweet treats. 🍰

Don’t forget both Cake Sheds are open as usual today, and you can also pick up a selection of our bakes from Barrow Budgens.
