Yes that's right... All made of sugar but all very much keepable! The rock is a boarded polystyrene block, so everything on top or stuck to the rock is part of the topper.... simply a quick wiggle with a knife under the rock to release the icing holding it in place and lift it off! Et voila! A topper that won't be destroyed when the cake is cut!
