When one cake just won't do and you want to please everyone. You guys come up with some wonderful flavour profiles. We have here rainbow vanilla sponge filled with pineapple jam and raspberry buttercream - rich chocolate eggless/gluten free filled with chocolate ganache and salted caramel - one eggless victoria sponge filled with pistachio buttercream and raspberry jam 😋 . This little boy doesn't actually like cake (he'll grow out of it, I'm sure) but he loves doughnuts and Mario. So it was decided that his favourite characters would be leaping over his favourite doughnuts like in the game (except they're not doughnuts in the game - a small detail 😅)
