aving taken some time out to work with young people teaching them baking and cooking skills through charities. I first learned how to decorate cakes from Wilton International and then began to teach myself new techniques. and I am still learning! I bake all items in my kitchen at home and make everything fresh to order, from scratch - no mixes. I use only the finest ingredients and local produce where possible. I only use free range eggs and British flour. I design cakes for each client so you can choose a design you’ve seen on my site or I can design something unique for you. As well as decorated celebration and wedding cakes, I also make a variety of bakery items, all made fresh for you.
