Should you have any special dietary needs or allergies, let me know on enquiry or ordering your cake. The Happy Days Cake Co also has a Level 5 Food Hygiene Rating. All cakes are buttercream crumb coated and covered with sugar paste. Fruit cakes will have a layer of marzipan and sugar paste. Prices are based on a simple decoration, wording, ribbon, board and box. More complex designs have an additional charge.
