It's a classic but it's delicious.
Have you tried vegan spaghetti bolognese?

Offering this classic dish next week. Great for people who want to try it as it's an easy one to make at home

100% vegan 👌 and absolutely delicious

Recipe

225g plain flour
4 bananas
75ml of vegetable oil
110g brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder, generous.

100g vegan chocolate

Preheat oven to 180

Mush and mix the bananas with the sugar and oil.
Add in the flour (siv) add the baking powder and cinnamon.

line the loaf tin and either butter or oil tin, add the mixture.

Pop in over for 15mins then add foil for the remaining bake.

Cook for 15 minutes, then cover with foil for 30 mins.
Check it's ready by putting a knife through, if it's clean it is ready. Mine can vary from 45-55mins

Leave to cool

Melt chocolate and cover banana bread. Pop in fridge to set or have warm. Choice is yours.

If adding chocolate or raisins/dried fruit I would only recommend max 50g with this recipe.

If you don't want vegan chocolate add dark chocolate.

Hi everyone 🌿
New page!

Bit of background -
I love cooking and experimenting with food and flavours.
I have been vegatarian for a few years and I have been plant based for over a year now.
Im not here to push my view or covert anyone, I simply love vegan food and would love to share recipes and offer services to you all for you to try.
Some people don't know where to start or have never tried it and would like to.

Starting next week-
I will offer 2 or 3 meal choices a week and
will be available for Highbridge and Burnham for £1 delivery on a Friday
Weston Super Mare wil be £2.50 delivery on a Thursday.

If the demand is there i will be offering more dates.

Feel free to comment on meals you would like to see. 🌿
