Ruby's bakery founders Dave and Wendy Sullivan began a successful distribution business many years ago and realised a trend for handmade, home-style cakes, desserts and traditional tea time treats. Because suppliers and customers alike wanted these and with limited options existing in the market place they decided to begin the Ruby's bakery journey. From little acorns oak trees grow and enlisting
the help of many family members, friends and helpers, Ruby's has managed to grow and flourish but still keep our homemade style of baking. We currently supply Massarella Catering Group and work closely with Michael Massarella who has been very supportive with a strong input into the products we produce for him. Another strong partner we have been working with is Freshfayre in Leeds. With their years of experience and wholesale distribution network, we have increased our great range of food service products and been able to service a larger are of the UK. You will also find Ruby's products at R.S.P.B, The Royal Windsor Coffee & Farm Shop, Denbies Wine Estate, Esquires Coffee Shops and The Squires Garden Centre network. We also supply many independents throughout the south of the UK as well as McColls stores, Budgens and Nisa Locals. With new products arriving all the time, the ever discerning public enjoy breakfast, coffee, lunch, afternoon and high tea with us.
