Only the finest quality ingredients are used, in particular organic, free range eggs from The Mac's Farm in Ditchling. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for; gluten-free and nut-free. There are plenty of flavours to choose from; vanilla, chocolate, chocolate orange, Irish cream, red velvet, banoffee, carrot, lemon and much, much more! I also make "cuptail cupcakes" - a cross between a cocktail and a cupcake!
