Meet the people baking your cakes! 🎂
First up, meet the Harry Batten!

Harry founded the bakery after swapping engineering for baking, bringing together a love of making things from scratch, good food and a creative eye for detail.
He’s been baking since he was five years old, so it’s safe to say he’s had plenty of practice!

Outside the bakery, Harry has a niche obsession with theme park architecture, especially Disneyland. It’s where his love of theatrical design comes from, and a big inspiration behind many of our celebration cakes. 🎢 ❤️

Harry’s favourite bake: Brownies, and he has tried them all!
