**Fingers crossed I have someone coming tomorrow, and will be back up and running as normal with 2 ovens again in no time**

Can anyone please recommend a COMMERCIAL CATERING ENGINEER?

My blue seal oven broke on Monday and I have been let down today by an engineer who was meant to be coming to look at it

Based at Earsham Hall

Any recommendations would be gratefully recieved as struggling here 🙈🙈

The mince pies have been flying out of the kitchen doors 🥧 🎄This Year we have invested in a john hunt pie press, it saves us all the rolling but also gives our mince pies a much more professional look, and we love the end result this year ❤️

***TUNIS CAKES***

A few years ago, my phone and social media blew up, with people asking me where they could get my Tunis cakes 🤯, at that time we weren't making them, but this year we have decided to bring them back!!!! 🥳
So please pop into your local stockist to grab yours, alternatively some stockists can order them in for you, so please just ask 😊😊
