Reminding you of last weekends specials because… well, they were pretty special. What was your favourite?

5 months of Baked 🥐🤎
Nine months ago it started with a napkin, a slightly mad idea and a “shall we actually do this?”

Then came the keys. The dust. The paint. The very questionable DIY decisions. The early mornings. The first bake. The first coffee. The first customer. And somehow, five months ago, we opened the doors.

Five months later, we’re still a little bit amazed that this is real.

Thank you to everyone who has walked through the doors, sat at our tables, bought a pastry, brought their dog, told a friend, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines.

We really, really love this little place.

Here’s to the first 5 months of Baked and everything still to come 🤎🥐

The weather is giving cosy vibes so naturally we’re leaning all the way in 🍂🕯️🥐

Candle lit. Cinnamon lattes flowing. Fresh bread on the counter. Pastries getting flakier. Newspapers being read. Dogs appearing. Customers saying… “just one more coffee”.

Basically, we’re entering our favourite season ☕️🥐🕯️

Little moments of a wonderful week at BAKED.
We welcomed Eloise to the team, had the loveliest dinner hosted by Emilia, developed some seriously good new pastries, welcomed plenty of new four-legged visitors 🐾, put a LOT of bread The Black Dog Delis on the shelves, and got to work with some of the wonderful local suppliers who help make Baked what it is.

Full week. Happy team. Very good pastries.

Last night, our bakery looked a little different 🤎

No queues, no pastry boxes, no one asking “is there anymore tiramisu danishes” 😂 Just the three of us enjoying quality time & good food hosted by - our wonderful Italian chef.

It’s easy to get caught up in the doing. Baking , serving, cleaning, creating, repeat — so having an evening to actually sit together in our own little space was pretty special.

A reminder that behind the counter, we’re just three girls who really love what we’ve built 🥐🤎 p.s. thinking about opening this space up to private dinner parties. Cosy, small and intimate but super fun?
