We won a GOLD award!!
We are thrilled to announce that our Fionagh's Seeded Sourdough Crackers has won the Gold award at Farm Shop and Deli Awards 2024. We will be showcasing our whole range of products at NEC Birmingham from 29 April - 1 May. Come down and say hi!

Cracked Black Pepper Crackers.

A savoury and warming cracker with fragrant tones of cracked black pepper.
Perfect with any soft cheese or a creamy brie. They also work very well on their own as a bar bite with a crisp cold pilsner.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been approved to produce canned food. This makes us the first approved cannery in Cornwall since the 1940's.
We plan to start with a range of vegetarian products followed by Cornish Fish, Cornish Bone Broth and Lobster Bisque.

Our journey

Launched in February 2015, producing the award-winning range of Popti Savoury Thins; a perfect complement to the charcuterie, as well as being delicious snacks in their own right. Ali Beech's years of food experience, bakery skills and passion was complemented by financial and mentoring support from the founders of Norton Barton, Richard and Fionagh Harding.

SAVOURY THINS

Popti's biscuits are made in small batches with the kind of ingredients you’d find in your kitchen at home, rich butter, wheat flour and seasonings. There are no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives added, but the secret recipe results in crisp biscuits which last! Proud of its Cornish roots (“Popti” means “Bakery in Cornish!) they aim to use as many local ingredients as possible including fine flake Cornish Sea Salt and Cornish Seaweed’s dulse.
