This has been difficult decision to make, but I have decided to take a break from baking for now.
Id like to take this time to thank you all for your continued support since I started this business!

I look forward to when I am able to give this business the attention it deserves and I will, of course, let you all know when I am baking again

I hope everyone’s having a great Easter!

I’ve been doing some Easter baking with the kids today. They do all the hard work and I just clean up after them. Alfie ate more of the icing than he put on the cakes but he loved it!

Baking with kids this age can be messy and a bit frustrating, especially when the 2 year old wants to help crack the eggs. But the mess can be cleaned and the kids have long lasting memories and skills to take away from it

This week I made a delicious Snickers Cheesecake! This included peanut butter cheese cake, chocolate ganache and snickers pieces on the top.

Happy pancake day everyone!

I made these lemon cheesecakes for a baby shower. The small one is gluten free.

This box of macarons went out as a special birthday present to someone. It’s a box of 24 macarons and the customer got to choose each flavour combination!

Once the kids go back to school I’m hoping to, once a week or so, make some boxes up and sell on here - so watch the page if you want to buy some!
These do contain EGG and ALMONDS so be aware of this before you order

However if you want some specific flavour combinations you can message me and I can sort that out for you

The boxes come in;

X 24 £36

Flavours are;

Macaron shells - Chocolate, biscoff, vanilla, lemon and lavender

Fillings - chocolate ganache, white chocolate ganache, biscoff ganache, lavender buttercream, lemon buttercream and raspberry buttercream

Maxine gave these boxes of macarons to her teachers when she finished for the summer

I spent a few weeks making sure they were as good as they could be and I’ve had such good feedback on them!

There is biscoff, lemon, lavender, chocolate and vanilla

Filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd, white chocolate ganache, biscoff ganache, chocolate buttercream, raspberry buttercream with raspberry jam in the middle and lavender buttercream

I have also been making mixed flavours eg chocolate and lavender or even chocolate, lavender and raspberry jam

I am very happy with these!

I was asked to make 2 cakes with the theme pink & blue. One is a lemon cake and the other is a vegan chocolate cake

I made mini chocolate bars to go round the outside and meringue (vegan meringue for the chocolate one) to go on the top

As always the lovely cake toppers were made by Natasha Marie Designs

I was asked to make a two tiered cake with a stag and a highland cow

I can’t tell you how much I love this cake!

It is a very sickly chocolate cake on the bottom tier and a jam & cream filling on the top tier. Each having 3 layers of cake

As always the beautiful cake topper was made by Natasha Marie Designs
