AD | Chocolate muffins made with Little Pod vanilla who are on a mission for everyone to use REAL vanilla in their baking - supporting the farmers who grow it ♥️

Makes 12 muffins:

Dry mix:
180g self raising flour
150g sugar
40g cocoa powder
3.5g baking soda
4g baking powder
Salt

Wet mix:
45g Espresso shot
6g Vanjlla I’m using natural vanilla paste from
2 eggs
240g milk
110g melted butter

Salted caramel and chocolate for decoration

1. Measure the dry and wet ingredients separately then combine
2. Bake at 180 for 28 minutes
3. Top with salted caramel and chocolates or any topping!

Delicious!

This is a self serve, honesty box.

All prices are on display in the shed.

You can pay by BACS, Cash (no change given) or by scanning the QR code inside the shed. There is also a card machine. Please pay before leaving ☺️
