I was set a challenge by a customer to make 2 Empire biscuits as big as I can for postal.

So here we have: 2x 7 inch empire biscuits!

They are so big I had to use 3 cherries as 1 just looked lost 😂

Did you know that when you book in your wedding cake with me you can request testers in your chosen flavours.

This couple requested 6 flavours to chose from & so we colour coded the each so they knew which is which.

Also they are so pretty!! X

Still taking it nice & easy on my back but some fabulous treats have been sent out this week:

✨ white chocolate cookies
✨ Biscoff millionaires
✨ unbaked scones ready for freezing
✨ sticky toffee loaf cakes
✨ lemon & elderflower cake
✨ Nutella stuffed cookies
✨ kinder loaded brownies
✨ double chocolate cookies

Only a couple orders to do this weekend so rest is still a priority… I’m still so bored because I’m not 100% back on my feet.
So a nice easy rest of the week & weekend ahead 🙂 x
