These are a take on a Lemon Meringue Pie.

✨ a carrot loaf cake made with carrots from the Portgordon garden. Given by Lampie Hoose cafe where the carrot cake is being served.

A few weeks ago my girls came to me and said ‘mum, we want a cake stand where we can sell your cakes & earn our own pocket money’

So behind the scenes we’ve been building and planning to make their ideas a reality, They have planned everything even down to the colour scheme.

They want to be called S&J Mini Bakes and maybe if I have the time once a month they’ll do a bake sale from their own stand on our driveway.

So THIS SATURDAY they’ll be open from 11-4ish.

They will have available:
✨ Biscoff millionaires
✨ double chocolate cookies
✨ kinder loaded cookies
✨ millionaires shortbread
✨ cupcakes (white chocolate, chocolate, vanilla & Nutella)
✨ cake pops (chocolate & vanilla)

So they would love to see your fabulous faces on Saturday 🙂
