A cake I made last month for a 9th birthday. I was told the theme was 'anything rainbow' so made a lemon cake with coloured rainbow sponges and then rainbow buttercream and sprinkles. I also made 6 rainbow lemon cupcakes on the side too. 🌈🌈

Can't wait!! If you want a sweet treat from me, come along to Cross Hands Carnival🍪🍰

With less than one week to go until Cross Hands Carnival 2026, here's a look at some of the entertainment scheduled for the day!

There'll be a range of singers, some wonderful dance acts, and some special appearances from familiar faces!

A children's costume competition will also be held on the day, at around 1pm, with prizes for each category (ages 5 and under, ages 6-10, and ages 11-18)!

We hope to see you there on Saturday the 4th of July!

Just a few days left until the Cross Hands Carnival kicks off on Saturday 4th July. There is free entry to the park and there'll be a variety of entertainment to enjoy and stalls to browse. Come along and join us!

Wedding cake I made for my sister's wedding💍💒
The first one was a large lemon flavour heart cake with lemon curd filling and white chocolate ganache coating. And the second was a medium Guinness heart cake with white chocolate filling and coating.
An amazing wedding and I'm so happy I got to make my sister's wedding cake for her.❤️❤️
