Today we heard from Kevin Brent from BizSmart; specialists in helping businesses scale up effectively.

Kevin is looking for business owners based in Worcestershire that meet the following criteria;
✔ Trading for under 2 years
✔ Potential to exceed £400k in 3 years

Kevin is also looking to speak with business owners in Birmingham/Solihull that match the following;
✔ Operating for at least 1 year
✔ Have at least 3 employees
✔ Turnover > £100k
✔ An aspiration to do more (that’s the key bit!)

Thanks to James "Jimmy" Parker this morning for a great 10 minutes presentation on Mercia Building Services.

Jimmy is an ex-veteran turned builder and with a great track record already! He is very disciplined, determined, but VERY funny! Always helps when you've got a builder with a great sense of humour.

Health and Safety is a subject most would rather not listen to, but James Meredith's interpretations on the importance of H&S had us all hooked for the whole of his presentation!

JM HSE Solutions Ltd, specialises in the construction background and supports many start-up and small businesses on an outsourced basis. This is a great alternative if your business is not able to hire an in-house H&S officer.

Lives are on the line and fines can be hefty if you are not careful! Ensure you are compliant and have proper H&S processes in place.
