Happy 2026, you lovely lot! ✨

It’s been a big, busy year. My fiancé and I relocated to Nottingham back in March and have spent much of the year renovating, mostly without a kitchen! Starting (and growing) a side hustle is never easy, but doing it while moving to a new city has been a whole different challenge.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who placed an order last year. I couldn’t take on as many as I’d have liked, but every single bit of support has meant the world 🥹❤️

Sweet & Slicey is now growing over in Nottingham, with Birmingham orders still available with a little more notice. Please continue to share my page and help me grow my little business.

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever been prouder of a cake, or happier to play a teeny tiny part in someone’s big day. This year I had the absolute joy of making the wedding cake for my friend of almost 25 years!🥹

Having so many friends there to see my work was amazing… and slightly terrifying. But honestly, I’m just so grateful (and still a bit shocked) that people trust me to bake something this special.
