Chatting about hot cross buns last night led to giving them a go today. Look at these beauties!

Sourdough hot cross buns with cinnamon, mixed spice raisins and orange zest.

The cross is made by piping sourdough starter after egg washing the dough.


They are delicious 😋

Baking like crazy for the good folks at CrossFit Wyre Forest and their Bank Holiday Throwdown tomorrow.

Doing a mix of bars for the athletes and bakes and cakes for all 😋.
