Send a message to order via Facebook or Instagram. To confirm your order, I will send a secure payment link. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Once payment is received, your order is fully confirmed and added to my bake list. Thank you for understanding, it helps me plan each bake fresh and avoid no-shows.

Chocolate banana muffins fresh from the oven 🍫

These chocolate banana muffins were made with oats, fat-free yogurt and ripe bananas, topped with chunky pieces of dark chocolate. Soft, chocolatey and perfect with a cup of tea.

I took a batch into work and they went down very well, which is always the best kind of feedback! ❤️

We’ve been making batches of homemade mixed seed granola with oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, honey and cinnamon. Served up with thick yogurt and blueberries 🫐
Recipe below if you fancy giving it a try!

✨ Recipe ✨
300g rolled oats
75g pumpkin seeds
75g sunflower seeds
50g mixed seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
75g honey
50g melted coconut oil

Mix the oats, seeds and cinnamon together in a large bowl.
Warm the honey and coconut oil together, then pour over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is coated.
Spread onto a lined baking tray and bake at 160°C for 20–25 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Leave to cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.

Keeps for up to 3 weeks in an airtight jar.
That said, ours never seems to survive more than a few days! 🤭

Three layers of rich chocolate sponge soaked with cherry and kirsch syrup, filled with whipped mascarpone cream, kirsch cherries & dark chocolate ganache, then finished with fresh cherries and chocolate flakes 🤎
