Made for a friend. I love afternoon teas. I love all the different tastes. Often I find afternoon teas can get a bit 'samey', ham sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches, a macaron, a piece of cake and scone. I really hope that my customers enjoy the more personalised touch I put into my versions. This is a recent one I did for a delightful group of ladies, who later told me it was "the best they had ever tasted". I do realise that perhaps I have a lot going on the menu, but they all went home happy with doggy bags to share with their other halves that were not invited!! (It's a 'wives' group!)

*lemon and passionfruit possets with homemade butter biscuits
*date cakes and caramel sauce
*apple and carrot cupcakes with dehydrated pineapple
*French fancies
*plum and almond tarts
*scones
*vegetable tarts
*salad topped frittatas
*homemade soup
*roast chicken, rosemary mayonnaise and lettuce sandwich
*Brie, Ham and Cranberry with rocket sandwich

**TEDDY BEAR PICNIC themed mini afternoon tea for the little ones:
*2 x finger sandwiches (cheese/ham/cream cheese or jam)
*bear shaped cheese and tomato pizza
*cucumber & carrot 'rods' sticks to fish from a pot of hummus
*decorate your own chocolate bear cake with icing, eyes and chocolate decorations
*strawberry flavoured squishy bear cupcake
*served with a soft drink/chocolate or strawberry flavoured milk/baby chino/mini hot chocolate - this can be take away also with a carton of juice

Don't normally do just cupcakes, so this was a nice change, nothing too fancy Lemon cupcakes and Strawberry cupcakes. Gifts from my 2 to their nursery and school.
