As someone who absolutely LOVES autumn, I was so excited when I was given the brief to create something with an autumnal feel… and I think this one might just have been one of my all-time favourites! 🤎🍄

So, what did we come up with? 👇🏼
🍫 A three-layer chocolate fudge cake
🤎 Filled with rich, dark chocolate ganache
🍁 Decorated with beautiful edible autumn leaves
🍄 Finished with little meringue mushrooms!

A little bit of autumn magic, lots of chocolate and all the cosy vibes! 🍂✨

This weekend we are at for their Makers' Market and Food Festival from 10am - 4pm both days.

We were overwhelmed (understocked 😅) by the support we received at the Christmas Market and we would love to be as busy again this time! Hopefully we don't sell all of Sunday's stock on Saturday this time, but if we end up baking all evening again then we won't really complain.... much 😂
