I absolutely loved making this rather tasty looking order. So the birthday girl had a pizza themed birthday and I was asked to make a cake, biscuits and cake pops(forgot to take a pic of cake pops).
I had so much fun with this one....especially the pizza wedge Cookies, I think they turned out really well and were very much appreciated . Love a themed party!

So it's back into full swing in the kitchen especially as it's wedding season! I did this one a few weeks back, I pretty much had full reign over this, I was told pretty pastel colours and wild flowers. I chose artificial and paper flowers dor this one and I love the overall finish. I love it.... who else does?

Loving an evening with Jimmy at The Eden Project to watch Snow Patrol right now. I spent an hour on my hair to walk out into the rain...never mind I have the best company I could wish for.

So where do I begin...... sorry I've not posted in a little while..... we are currently in Hong kong. The first two days were a challenge with an overnight stop in China. We finally arrived in Hong kong and it's been non stop since. Thanks to Uncle David and Auntie Irene the first three days were filled with a lush bbq, and an overnight stay back in China.... this time with Shopping, food, Beer and more shopping food and beer! Today we went to an island called Cheung Chau and ate, went to a temple, swam and of course had a beer!!!! I hope everyone is enjoying their half term holiday! Sorry for the delay in messages, im trying to get back to you with limited WiFi....if I've missed you recently just pop me a message.

I can't believe I haven't posted this one before, this smelled amazing, so much chocolate and fruit, very rich an indulgent, perfect for a special birthday. I really feel this a wow cake... what do you think? 🎂

This is one of the yummy looking cakes I've made recently, inside was chocolate and vanilla marbled sponge with chocolate buttercream. It's very hard making these cakes not to eat the chocolate before it ever goes into the cake!

A few FRIDAY goodies in the shed. So I wasn't going to put anything in the shed this weekend but had an afternoon free so thought I'd put a couple of best sellers in there. There is plenty of old school sprinkle cake(more inside so not to disappoint)and Brownies. I have made a Dubai chocolate inspired Brownie with tons of pistachios, Kadayif pastry and pistachio creme. Also I have made a Biscoff Brownie too, get them quick as my kids are rather partial to both🤣
